What should I include in a support email?
Describe what happened and what you expected. Include your device model, OS version, and Hiivibe version. A screenshot can help; please hide personal content and never send passwords or API keys.
My story stopped generating. What now?
Check your connection and the recovery options on Home. You can also check your daily request limit and monthly budget in Settings. If the issue continues, email us with the message shown in the app.
How do I delete my memories?
Delete individual stories from the Library, or go to Settings → Local data → Delete all local data. This removes App copies on your device, not originals in Photos or data already sent to an AI provider. Read about deletion and retention.
